Waitressing in a tent will get you the most money, you really got to work very hard though. It is probably one of the most strenuous job you can get. You have to carry five Mass with each hand that means you carry about 15kg in total. Then you have to push through the drunken crowd to get the beer to the people, without spilling the beer. Also it is often hard to make the drunks pay for their Mass. You will need a lot of patience and very important you will also need to be tough.

Another option is to work at a stand, selling crepes, chocolate fruits, fish sandwiches or German sausages. You will get between 9 and 15 Euro per hour, so depending on how much you work you can definitely earn up to 2000 Euro. Standing behind such a stand is not as hard as waitressing but still it is very tiring and it takes a lot of discipline to go to work every single day. First off all it is a long day, starting at 10 am and ending at 11 pm. Of course it depends where you work and how much you want to work. Also just standing for such a long time is really hard, the legs hurt so bad after the first day. Soda is a must, without it you would not be able to overcome the pain and you would run out of energy so fast. Adding to that it is either really slow, no people at all and time just does not go by or there is like a huge crowd in front of your stand and you just think it is never gonna end. It is hard to say which extreme is better. Then the drunken and most of the time foreign people will cost you a lot of nerves. They either just talk in their own language, not caring if you understand them, or they start complaining and do not wanna pay, also some start flirting with you and they just will not leave. It gets really tiring.

The last thing is the smell. For example when you are working in a sausage stand you will smell like a sausage for a long time. After work, when you are on the way home, sitting in the train, people will just look at you funny because you smell so bad. And the stink will not go out of your nails and your hair for several days, even when taking many showers.

So overall it is such hard work but if you are diligent and disciplined you can earn quiet a lot of money.
